In our era when people are busy pursuing goals and achievements, our consciousness sometimes wanders to the experiences and feelings we have experienced in the past and to those we will experience in the future. We are not always "here and now".

Our body, on the other hand, is always present. We depend on it and perform the act of breathing autonomously.

Conscious breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system which causes the heart rate and digestive processes to slow down and helps the body to experience calmness and peace.

My research deals with the question of whether and in what way a garment can affect breathing and produce a feeling of "home" for the wearer.

I have mapped out the different types of breaths according to the movement that the breath creates and created a visual and silhouetted form for each type of breath according to its unique rhythm in order to convey the physiological process of breathing – the inhalation of air, its retention and its exhalation.

I used "bones" to create the air movement and structure in combination with breathable nylon fabrics.

The menswear collection is sporty, functional, and conceptual.
